APPLICATION SYSTEM Surface Preparation
Old surface
Remove powderly layers and efflorescense by vigorous plastic brushing or preferably waterblasting.
Crack area must be fill with TOA Acrylic Filler.
Remove all algae and mould by water and leave it dry after that apply 1 coat of TOA Microkill.
New surface
1. Substrate must be completely cured and dried (~1 month)
2. Clean surface until without grease, oil, mildew, release agent and foreing matters
Coating system Old Surface / Primer
Apply 1 coat of TOA ACRYLIC CONTACT PRIMER.
Apply 1-2 coat of TOA Gold Emulsion Primer #PW222 (Yellow)
New Surface / Primer
Apply 1-2 coat of TOA Gold Emulsion Primer #PW222 (Yellow)
Topcoat
Apply 2-3 coats of TOA Gold Emulsion #GW919, GW707, GW555, W8008.

Recommendation
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage condition
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
