• ผลิตจากอะคริลิกแท้ 100% ชนิดพิเศษ
• ฟิล์มสียืดหยุ่นได้ สามารถทนทานต่อความเป็นด่างจากปูนฉาบ กระเบื้องแผ่นเรียบ หรือคอนกรีต
• ป้องกันสีทับหน้าไม่ให้สีเป็นรอยด่างได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีคุณสมบัติพิเศษที่สามารถปกปิดรอย อันเกิดจากผนังปูนฉาบที่มีรูพรุนได้เป็นอย่างดี 

• พื้นผิวเก่า 
  • ขัดล้างสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด (ไม่ควรใช้แปรงลวด)
  • บริเวณที่มีเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อรา TOA Microkill ล้างทำความสะอาด แล้วทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 วัน
  • บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าวความกว้างน้อยกว่า 1 มิลลิเมตรและไม่แตกต่อเนื่อง ให้อุดโป๊วด้วยทีโอเอ อะคริลิค ฟิลเลอร์
  • บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าวความกว้างมากกว่า 1 มิลลิเมตร หรือมีการแตกต่อเนื่องให้อุดโป๊วด้วยทีโอเอ อะคริลิค ซิลแลนท์

• พื้นผิวใหม่
  • ทิ้งให้ผนังแห้งอย่างน้อย 1 เดือนหรือเช็คความชื้นที่พื้นผิวมีค่าไม่เกิน 14% วัดด้วยเครื่อง Protimeter Mini หากพื้นผิวมีรอยแตกร้าว ไม่เรียบ แนะนำให้ทำการซ่อมแซมรอยแตกร้าว หรือฉาบแต่งผิว ก่อนการทาสี ด้วยวัสดุอุดโป๊ว หรือฉาบแต่งผิวที่เหมาะสม

• สีรองพื้นสำหรับพื้นผิวเก่า 
  • ทาน้ำยารองพื้นปูนทับสีเก่า ทีโอเอ คอนแทค ไพร์เมอร์ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว หรือทาน้ำยารองพื้นปูนทับสีเก่า โฟร์ซีซันส์ ซุปเปอร์ไพร์เมอร์ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว

• สีรองพื้นสำหรับพื้นผิวปูนใหม่ 
  • ทาด้วยสีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่าง โฟร์ซีซันส์ ไฟว์ อินวัน จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
  • ทาทับหน้าด้วยสีน้ำโฟร์ซีซันส์ ไฟว์อินวัน ชนิดเนียน จำนวน 2-3 เที่ยว

  4 Seasons 5 in 1 is 100% Pure Acrylic Elastomeric Waterborne with special following main features

  FEATURES :

• 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Paint.
• Flexible film can resist the alkalinity of the plaster, flat sheet, concrete.

  APPLICATION SYSTEM
  Surface Preparation :

• Old surface

• • Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water
  • Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off before applying microkill. Left to dry for 2-3 days
  • Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Filler for the crack width < 1 mm. smd not to crack continueously
  • Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Sealant for the crack width > 1 mm. and crack continueously

• New surface

• • Substrate must be completely cured and dried ( 1 month) free from oil, grease, mildew, from release agents and foreign matters. or measure moisture which should be less than 14% on surface with protimeter mini if any crack, it should be repaired on surface before applying

  Coating system :
  Primer For Old Surface

• • Apply 1 coat of TOA CONTACT PRIMER or 4 SEASON SUPER PRIMER

•  

  Primer For New Surface

• • Apply 1 coat of 4 SEASON 5 IN 1 ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER

  Topcoat 

• • Apply 2-3 coats of 4 SEASON 5 IN 1 SHEEN

 ** Recommend for deep tone, you should apply middle coat that it has tone lighter before requiring color
