Application
Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and rust before spraying
Shake can thoroughly until consistent sound of peas (2 minutes) before used and while spraying should shake can periodically
2 coats for excellent color uniformity (hold can approximately 1 foot from object to be sprayed, thin spraying for the first coat and let it dry for 10 minutes, then spray the second coat)
Safety precautions
Do not apply near flames
Do not store at temperature more than 40 oC
Ensure good ventilation during application and drying
When used it up, do not burn the can or throw it into fireplace
DESCRIPTION
TOA All-Purposes Spray is based on high quality nitrocellulose and acrylic resin to give the multi-purposes aerosol product. The properties of this product are fast dry, high gloss and good adhesion on plastic, metal and wood which have been primed with suitable primer.
APPLICATION INFORMATION Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt, old paint and other contaminants.
Chalky surfaces or loose material must be removed by stiff brush. : The surface must be clean with suitable cleansing solution and water then rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to fully dry.
Primer
Apply suitable primer for desired surface or apply with TOA Primer Surfacer Grey Spray #56 at least 2 coats to enhance adhesion.
Topcoat
1. Before use, shake the can of TOA All-Purposes Spray thoughly around 2 minutes and shake periodically during spray.
2. Spray with distance from the required object around 20 – 25 cm and spray from left to right and top to bottom of the object.(Depend on skill and experience)
3. The first coat must be thin and allow to dry at least 10 minutes before spray the second coat.

Condition During Application
Use respiratory mask with charcoal and dust filter. For prolonged or repeated handling, use nitrile gloves or polyvinyl alcohol gloves. Use safety eye wear designed to protect against splash of liquids.
