คุณสมบัติ

• บอนด์ การ์ด เป็นสีทาร์ ฟอกจาง อีพ็อกซี่โมดิฟายด์ ชนิด 2 ส่วน
• ใช้กับงานในแท้งค์ ; โครงสร้างเหล็กที่อยู่ใต้น้ำ , ถังน้ำในท้องเรือ , บริเวณแนวพื้นเหนือน้ำ และห้องต่างๆ ของเรือให้คุณสมบัติที่ดีเลิศด้านการยึดเกาะ ทนต่อการขูดขีด ทนต่อสารเคมี ทนต่อน้ำเค็ม และน้ำมันดิบ

• ให้ทำการพ่นทรายให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน SSPC-SP10 หรือ SIS Sa 2.5 หรือ NACE No.2 หรือตาม มาตรฐานการเตรียมพื้นผิวของสีรองพื้นที่เลือกใช้งานระบุไว้ หรือตามที่มีการกำหนด Spec. ไว้
• พื้นผิวต้องสะอาดปราศจากคราบสนิม คราบไขมัน คราบเกลือ สิ่งสกปรก และฝุ่นผงต่างๆ พื้นผิวต้องแห้งสนิททุกครั้งก่อนการทาสี ควรรีบทาสีรองพื้นทันทีหลังจากการเตรียมพื้นผิว เรียบร้อยแล้วภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง เพื่อป้องกันการสนิมเกิดใหม่

• ทำการเช็ดทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวฟิล์มสีด้วยตัวทำละลายที่เหมาะสมเพื่อกำจัดคราบฝุ่น,
• คราบไข, น้ำมัน, จารบี, ยางมะตอย, คราบเกลือ, สิ่งสกปรก และสิ่งปนเปื้อนต่างๆ ที่เกาะ บนฟิล์มสีด้วยทุกครั้งก่อนเคลือบสีชั้นต่อไป ตาม SSPC-SP1
• หากทิ้งฟิล์มสีไว้เกิน 7 วันให้ทำการขัดพื้นผิวของฟิล์มสีด้วยกระดาษทราย เบอร์ 320-400 เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดเกาะระหว่างชั้นของฟิล์มสี หลังจากนั้นเช็ด ทำความสะอาดต่อด้วย ตัวทำละลายที่เหมาะสมตาม SSPC-SP1 ก่อนที่จะเคลือบสี
• กรณีพื้นผิวที่เป็นร่องหลุม ขรุขระไม่สม่ำเสมอ ให้ทำการอุดโป๊ว ซ่อมแซมด้วยวัสดุอุดโป๊ว Epoxy Putty หลังขั้นตอนการทาสีรองพื้นเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จากนั้นขัดตกแต่งให้เรียบร้อย

• ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ในบรรยากาศที่เหมาะสมต้องไม่เกิน 85% RH
• อุณหภูมิของพื้นผิวต้องสูงกว่า 10 °C และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 °C เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดหยดน้ำบนพื้นผิว ซึ่งจะมีผลต่อการยึดเกาะ และการแห้งแข็งของฟิล์มสีได้

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • สินค้าจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามข้อกำหนด ควรเก็บในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อน และไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง
• อายุผลิตภัณฑ์
  • 24 เดือน ที่อุณหภูมิ 30-35 °C
  • สินค้าจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามข้อกำหนด ควรเก็บในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ควรปิดฝาให้แน่นตลอดเวลา ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อนและไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง

• กรุณาดูข้อควรระวังที่ติดไว้หน้ากระป๋อง การทำงานสีควรทำในที่ที่อากาศถ่ายเทได้สะดวก อย่าสูดหายใจแล้วรีบไปพบแพทย์

TOA Bond Guard

Two-component modified non bleed tar epoxy paint.

• Excellent to chemical resistance, salt water, crude oil and dilute acids.

FEATURES

Toa Bond Guard is two-component modified non bleed tar epoxy paint. : As a protection of tank interior, submerged steel, ballast tank, boottopping, topside, deck and cargo hold. It gives excellent properties for adhesion, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, salt water and crude oil.

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Surface Preparation

• Steel
  
  • Should be blast cleaned in accordance with NACE No.2 / SSPC-SP10 / ISO 8501:1 / SIS Sa 2.5 to a near-white finish using a suitable abrasive. And/or by use the surface preparation with requirements. of the primer and/or as the Spec of the project.

Remark : The surface must be thoroughly dry and apply the protective coating within 4 hoursto cleaned surface.

• Before Recoat by Topcoat
  • Remover all oil, grease, dirt, oxide and other foreign material by cleaning per SSPC-SP1, Solvent Cleaning before coating.
  • If over 7 days gives cleaning surface by sand paper no. 320-400 and cleaning surface per SSPC-SP1, Solvent Cleaning before coating.
  • Surface repaire (cracks, pores, holes) done with TOA Epoxy putty and polishing of surface with moltoprene disk.

Coating System

Recommendation

• The proper relative humidity in the work shall not exceed 85% RH.
• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air , temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate for prevent moisture and water drop on substrate effective adhesion and drying time.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.

  • 24 months at 30- 35 ํC
