• เป็นสีทับหน้าอีพ็อก 3 ส่วน มีความเงาสูง ไม่มีส่วนผสมของตัวทำละลาย
• สามารถปรับระดับผิวหน้าเรียบด้วยตัวเอง ไร้รอยต่อ เหมาะสำหรับพื้นคอนกรีตที่มีการใช้งานหนัก
• ทำความสะอาดง่าย ไม่เก็บฝุ่น ทนต่อแรงกระแทกและการกัดกร่อนจากสารเคมีได้ดีเยี่ยม
• มีส่วนผสมของสารไมโครแบนสำหรับป้องกันแบคทีเรีย ทนทานต่อสารเคมี ทนต่อน้ำ น้ำมันและการขัดถู

คุณสมบัติ

• ให้ทำการขูดแซะเศษปูน หรือสิ่งปลอมปนต่างๆออกให้หมด กรณีที่พื้นผิวมีฟิล์มสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ เสียการยึดเกาะ ให้ขูดแซะออกให้ได้มากที่สุด แล้วจึงทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน สิ่งสกปรก และฝุ่นผงต่างๆ ก่อนการทาสีพื้นผิวต้องแห้งสนิท (เช็คความชื้นได้ < 10%)

• ขัดเปิดพื้นผิวให้หยาบ โดยใช้เครื่อง Grinding หรือเครื่อง Shot Blast เพื่อเสริมการยึดเกาะ
• กรณีพื้นผิวที่มีรอยแตกร้าว เป็นร่องหลุม ขรุขระไม่สม่ำเสมอ ให้ทำการอุดโป๊ว ซ่อมแซม ด้วยวัสดุอุดโป๊ว Floorguard Putty หลังขั้นตอนการทาสีรองพื้นเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว หลังจากนั้นขัดตกแต่งพื้นผิวให้เรียบร้อยก่อนการทาสีทับหน้า (เช็คความชื้นได้ < 10%)

• ทำการเช็ดทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวฟิล์มสีด้วยตัวทำละลายที่เหมาะสมเพื่อกำจัดคราบฝุ่น, คราบไข, น้ำมัน, จารบี, ยางมะตอย, คราบเกลือ, สิ่งสกปรก และสิ่งปนเปื้อนต่างๆ ที่เกาะ บนฟิล์มสีด้วยทุกครั้งก่อนเคลือบสีชั้นต่อไป ตาม SSPC-SP1
• หากทิ้งฟิล์มสีไว้เกิน 7 วันให้ทำการขัดพื้นผิวของฟิล์มสีด้วยกระดาษทราย เบอร์ 320-400 เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดเกาะระหว่างชั้นของฟิล์มสี หลังจากนั้นเช็ด ทำความสะอาดต่อด้วย ตัวทำละลายที่เหมาะสมตาม SSPC-SP1 ก่อนที่จะเคลือบสี
• กรณีพื้นผิวที่เป็นร่องหลุม ขรุขระไม่สม่ำเสมอ ให้ทำการอุดโป๊ว ซ่อมแซมด้วยวัสดุอุดโป๊ว Floorguard Putty หลังขั้นตอนการทาสีรองพื้นเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จากนั้นขัดตกแต่งให้เรียบร้อย การยึดเกาะระหว่างชั้นของฟิล์มสี หลังจากนั้นเช็ด ทำความสะอาดต่อด้วยตัวทำละลายที่เหมาะสม ตาม SSPC-SP1 ก่อนที่จะเคลือบสี

• ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ในบรรยากาศที่เหมาะสมต้องไม่เกิน 85% RH 
• อุณหภูมิของพื้นผิวต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดหยดน้ำบนพื้นผิว ซึ่งจะมีผลต่อการยึดเกาะ และการแห้งแข็งของฟิล์มสีได้

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • สินค้าจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามข้อกำหนด ควรเก็บในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อน และไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง
• อายุผลิตภัณฑ์
  • 24 เดือน ที่อุณหภูมิ 30-35 ํC
  • สินค้าจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามข้อกำหนด ควรเก็บในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ควรปิดฝาให้แน่นตลอดเวลา ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อนและไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง

Toa Floorguard 1000 SL is a heavy duty floor coating for concrete , base on non-solvent epoxy resin with smooth and self leveling property. Use for protecting and sealing new or existing concrete floors, easy washed and cleaned, no dust , impact resistance, chemical resistance and have MICROBAN for protect bacterial. As a topcoat for concrete floor in chemical plants, warehouse , factory, cagewash areas, chemical processing plants, warehouse, factory, food and beverage plants.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation
Floor
For New concrete - The concrete prior to laying plastic sheets to block moisture from underground. Then it should be left for curing concrete to solid and dry for about 3-4 weeks. Then, clean the surface free from dust, dirt, grease and most importantly, the surface is completely dry. (Check moisture content must be less than 10%)
For Old concrete - To remove the old paint film which loosely adhesion to as much as possible by Scraping with a shovel or Grinding machine to enhance adhesion. Then, clean the surface free from grease and oil with suitable solvent. Before primer coating should clean all surfaces free from dust, dirt, grease and most importantly, the surface is completely dry. (Check moisture content must be less than 10%).
For Floor Hardener or Surface glossy finish :
Concrete surface preparation by using dust free captive blasting units, grinding equipment, sand blasting for increase adhesion of coating.
Inspect the concrete for bug holes void, fin and other imperfections. Protrusions shall be ground smooth while voids shall be filled with Floorguard Putty or other suitable filler and polishing of surface with moltoprene disk.
After cleaning, repair surface defects and remove detericrated previous coatings. (Check moisture content must be less than 10%).
Before Recoat by Topcoat
Remover all oil, grease, dirt, oxide and other foreign material by cleaning per SSPC-SP1, Solvent Cleaning before coating.
If over 7 days gives cleaning surface by sand paper no. 320-400 and cleaning surface per SSPC-SP1, Solvent Cleaning before coating.
Surface repaire (cracks, pores, holes) done with TOA Epoxy putty and polishing of surface with moltoprene disk.

Recommendation
The proper relative humidity in the work shall not exceed 85% RH.
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 C and at least 3 ํ C above the dew point of the air , ํ temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate for prevent moisture and water drop on substrate effective adhesion and drying time.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage condition
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.
Shelf life : 24 months at 30-35 ํC
