Toa PU Sealant is formulated with special polyurethane. it is highly flexible and suitable for common sealant and gluing job, such as, crack and joint. It is adhesive with many substances, weather resistant, and UV light resistant, waterproofing, and used for both exterior and interior application.

FEATURES Toa Polyurethane Sealant is a single component, gun grade polyurethane sealant which cures to a tough, durable flexible material. Easy application and strong adhesion on most common construction materials ie.concrete, aluminium and wood.
USES Toa Polyurethane Sealant is mainly used to :
Precast and expansion joints
Wall and floor joints
Doors and windows frame
Sealing joints in facades, metal construction
Sealing roof tiles and ceramic tiles
APPLICATION SYSTEM Surface Preparation
Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
Application
Protect joint with masking tape.
If the joints have the depth than the width recommend to use backing rod before applying TOA Polyurethane Sealant.
Apply TOA Polyurethane Sealant by using air pressure gun, avoiding air entrapment.
Level TOA Polyurethane Sealant with trovel to concave finish. Smooth TOA Polyurethane Sealant with clean water, adding a few drops of a detergent.
Remove masking tape before sealant has started to cure.
Recommendation
TOA Polyurethane Sealant must be closed tightly after using.
Temperature range for use : 5 ํC to 40 ํC
Drying time depends on the size of the gaps.
If large deep gaps, recommend to use backing rod fill to the gaps before applying Toa Polyurethane Sealant.
