• เป็นซิลิโคนชนิดอ๊อกไซม์ที่มีคุณสมบัติเป็นกลาง ยืดหยุ่นตัวสูง แห้งตัวที่อุณหภูมิห้อง
  
• ยึดติดกับพื้นผิวและวัสดุหลายประเภท เช่น กระจก อะลูมิเนียมอะโนไดซ์ คอนกรีต
  
• มีเสถียรภาพสูง ทนทานต่อสภาวะอากาศ เช่น รังสียูวี แรงสั่นสะเทือน ความชื้น โอโซน การเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณหภูมิ มลภาวะทางอากาศและสารละลายต่างๆ
  
• ไม่ไหลย้อย จึงสามารถใช้ยาแนวรอยต่อในแนวดิ่งและงานเหนือศีรษะได้
  
• ทนต่ออุณหภูมิสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ -50°C ถึง 150°C
  
• ไม่ทาปฏิกริยากับโลหะที่กัดกร่อนง่าย เช่น สังกะสี ทองแดง และยึดติดวัสดุที่มีรูพรุนได้ดี

• งานยึดติดแผ่นพาเนล และกระจกกับวัสดุอื่นๆ โดยไม่มีผลเสียกับแลคเกอร์ที่เคลือบบนผิววัสดุ

• พื้นผิวที่จะอุดโป๊วด้วยทีโอเอ ซิลิโคน ซีลแลนท์ เอชพี จะต้องแห้งสะอาดปราศจากฝุ่นผงสี เศษซีเมนต์ คราบไขต่างๆ
• ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวด้วยผ้าและตัวทำละลายที่เหมาะสม เช่น IPA MEK หรือไวท์ สปิริต
• สำหรับพื้นผิวที่มีรูพรุนให้ขัดผิว เพื่อขจัดฝุ่นผงและสิ่งสกปรกออกเสียก่อน
• วัสดุที่ไม่มีรูพรุนให้เช็ดพื้นผิวซ้ำ 2 ครั้ง

• ตัดปลายหัวฉีดให้มีขนาดที่เหมาะสมกับขนาดรอยต่อ
• ใส่หลอดทีโอเอ ซิลิโคน ซีลแลนท์ เอชพี ในปืนยิงซิลิโคน จากนั้นยิงกาวให้สัมผัสอย่างแนบแน่นกับพื้นผิว
• ในบริเวณที่ต้องตกแต่งให้เรียบ แนะนำให้ปาดตกแต่งด้วยเกรียงหรือนิ้วมือจุ่มน้ำสะอาดที่มีส่วนผสมของสบู่ หรือน้ำยาล้างจานเพื่อแต่งผิวให้เรียบ และช่วยดันกาวให้สัมผัสแนบสนิทกับพื้นผิว

• ระวังอย่าให้สัมผัสผิวหน้าและนัยน์ตา
• ถ้าสัมผัสผิวหน้าให้ล้างด้วยสบู่และน้ำ
• ถ้าเข้าตาให้ล้างผ่านด้วยน้ำสะอาดปริมาณมากๆ และปรึกษาแพทย์
• หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้กาวสัมผัสอาหาร ขณะที่ยังไม่แห้งตัวอย่างสมบูรณ์

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • ควรเก็บไว้ในที่แห้ง ไม่มีความชื้น และอุณหภูมิที่ไม่สูงจนเกินไป เพราะอาจทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เสื่อม (อุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมที่สุด คือไม่เกิน 25 ํC)
• อายุผลิตภัณฑ์
  • ผลิตภัณฑ์มีอายุ 1 ปี นับจากวันผลิต ในภาชนะที่ยังไม่เปิดและเก็บในที่แห้ง

TOA Silicone Sealant HP is one part type and 100% neutral silicone used for sealing joint. It is low odor, highly flexible, and suitable for common sealant and gluing job. It reacts with moisture in the air to become dry and solid with high durability and flexibility.

FEATURES
TOA Silicone Sealant (HP) is a one component, neutral cure 100% silicone elastomer, with cross-linking at room temperature to medium modulus. High stability and elasticity in humid environments, resistant to UV light and excellent adhesion strength. Suitable for weather sealing and bonding for general application ie. sealing concrete, glass and wood.

USES
TOA Silicone Sealant (HP) is mainly used to :

• Glazing and weather-sealing between door and window frames connected to plaster
• Sealing small leakage, metal lap joints, gutterring applications.
• Seal around kitchen fittings, baths, showers, toilets and gutters.
• Suitable for brick and concrete
• Interior and exterior use

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
• Clean the surfaces using cloth and a suitable solvent such as degreaser 1001, IPA, MEK or White Spirit.
• For porous surfaces, abrade the surface to remove loose contaminants. Nonporous surface should be wipe twice times.

Application

• Cut off tip nozzle and cartridge to the desired width.
• Fit into caulking apply on surface in steady flow.
• For best results, Protect joint with masking tape before apply TOA Silicone sealant (HP). Then, remove masking tape before sealant has started to cure.
• Smooth and shape sealant with spatula dipped in mild detergent.

 Recommendation 

• TOA Silicone Sealant (HP) must be closed tightly after using.
• Do not swallow and avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin, as this will cause irritation.
• If contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and consult physician.
• In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
• Avoid unvulcanized silicone sealant to contact with food.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

• Storage
  • Keep all containers well closed.
  • Keep in a dry cool place.
• Shelf life : 12 months in original packing.
