• ทำความสะอาดผิวคอนกรีตให้ปราศจากฝุ่นละออง ขุยซีเมนต์ คราบน้ำมัน สี และสิ่งสกปรกต่างๆ ออกให้หมด พื้นผิวคอนกรีตจะต้องแน่นทึบ แข็งแรง
• พรมน้ำที่ผิวคอนกรีตให้พื้นผิวชุ่มก่อนทุกครั้ง แต่ต้องไม่มีน้ำขัง
• บริเวณที่เกิดเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ควรขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อรา ทีโอเอ 113 ไมโครคิลให้สะอาด ทิ้งให้แห้ง อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง

• ก่อนนำทีโอเอ 112 ซุปเปอร์ บอนด์มาใช้ควรเขย่าภาชนะหรือคนให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกันก่อน
• การทำงานให้ผสมทีโอเอ 112 ซุปเปอร์ บอนด์ลงในน้ำในอัตราส่วน 1:1 ถึง 1:2 (ทีโอเอ 112 ซุปเปอร์ บอนด์ : น้ำ) สำหรับงานประสานคอนกรีต งานฉาบซ่อม งานฉาบกันซึม

• ส่วนผสมทีโอเอ 112 ซุปเปอร์ บอนด์ผสมกับน้ำไปใช้ในการทำงานจะต้องมีปูนซีเมนต์และทรายด้วยเสมอ
• การฉาบทับหน้าด้วยมอร์ตาร์หรือเทคอนกรีตใหม่ทับบนชั้นของตัวประสาน จะต้องทำในขณะที่ชั้นประสาน ยังเปียกอยู่
• พื้นผิวที่ทำงานจะต้องทำให้เปียกชื้น อิ่มน้ำแต่ไม่มีน้ำท่วมขัง
• การคัดเลือกทรายสำหรับใช้ในการผสม ควรเลือกขนาดคละที่เหมาะสมกับความหนาของมอร์ตาร์ที่จะทำงานฉาบที่ มีความแตกต่างกัน
• ในการทำงานฉาบเสร็จ จำเป็นต้องทำการบ่มเสมอ
• ล้างเครื่องมือทันทีที่ทำงานเสร็จด้วยน้ำสะอาด

Toa 112 Super Bond is a chemical that increase adhesion between old and new concrete, to reduce peeling problem. Suitable for plastering on damaged concrete or smoothening and adjusting concrete level.

FEATURES

Toa 112 Super Bond is a liquid bonding based on a synthetic rubber emulsion used for adding to cement mortar to bond between old and new concrete surfaces.
It is suitable for repairing damaged corcrete or levelling the substrate. and It also has waterproofing properties good adhesion.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed. The substrate must be thoroughly wetted down prior to the mortar application. In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with TOA 113 Microkill.

Usage Direction

• Mix TOA 112 Super Bond with clean water at the ratio 1:1 to 1:2 ( TOA 112 Super Bond : Water )  to be used as bonding agent for concrete repair or waterproofing.

1. Bonding old and new concrete and tiles laying

Usage	TOA 112 Super Bond	Water	Cement	Sand
Bonding old and new concrete	0.22 L	0.22 L	1.0 Kg.	1.0 Kg.
Tiles laying	0.20 L	0.20 L	1.0 Kg.	2.0 Kg.

Usage amount : As specified in the table above is for the area of 1 sq.meter per 1 mm. thickness.

 2. Repairing or smoothing surface or waterproofing 

Usage	TOA 112 Super Bond	น้ำ	ปูนซีเมนต์	ทราย
Concrete Repair	1.20 L	1.20 L	6.0 Kg.	12.0 Kg.
Waterproofing	0.80 L	1.60 L	6.0 Kg.	12.0 Kg.

Usage amount : For the area of 1 sq.meter, plaster each layer roughly 10 mm. thick.

 Recommendation 

• Do not use TOA 112 Super Bond and water as a bonding coat without adding cement and sand.
• The surface must be wet but not flooded prior to plastering.
• When the plastering is completed, proper curing method is needed.
• Multi-lay works always wet on wet.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
