คุณสมบัติ

• กรณีพื้นผิวปูนใหม่ ควรทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 2 สัปดาห์
• พื้นผิวที่จะฉาบด้วยทีโอเอ 110 สกิม โค้ท สมูทจะต้องแข็งแรง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่นผง เศษ ซีเมนต์ สี คราบไขต่างๆ
• กรณีพื้นผิวปูนเก่ามีสภาพหลุดล่อน ร่วนเป็นขุย แนะนำให้ทาน้ำยารองพื้นปูนเก่าทีโอเอก่อน เพื่อเสริมการยึดเกาะของพื้นผิว
• ให้สกัดหรือเจียรขอบตะเข็บที่เกิดจากการถอดแบบสันนูนที่หนาเกินไปออก
• ในกรณีที่พื้นผิวมีรอยแตกร้าวขนาดใหญ่หรือหลุมลึก แนะนำให้ซ่อมก่อน
• พรมน้ำบริเวณที่จะฉาบให้หมาดๆ ก่อนเริ่มงานฉาบ

• ผสม ทีโอเอ 110 สกิม โค้ท สมูท 20 กิโลกรัม (1 ถุง) กับน้ำสะอาด 8.5 – 9.5 ลิตร หรือให้มี ความข้นเหลวพอเหมาะ ปั่นด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำผสมให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
• ใช้เกรียงเหล็กฉาบให้บางและสม่ำเสมอตามต้องการ สามารถฉาบต่อครั้งในความหนาได้ตั้งแต่ 0.3 – 1 มิลลิเมตร - หากต้องการเพิ่มความหนาพื้นผิว ให้ฉาบซ้ำอีกครั้ง โดยทิ้งชั้นแรกให้แห้งประมาณ 1 – 2 ชั่วโมง ก่อนฉาบชั้นถัดไป
• ควรทิ้งให้พื้นผิวปูนฉาบบางแห้งประมาณ 4 – 6 ชั่วโมง แล้วจึงใช้กระดาษทรายขัดตกแต่งได้ ตามต้องการ เพื่อให้ได้พื้นผิวที่เรียบเนียนยิ่งขึ้น
• ทิ้งไว้ให้แห้ง 3 - 7 วัน (ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ) ก่อนทำการทาสีตามระบบต่อไป

• หลังจากผสมปูนแล้วต้องใช้งานให้หมดภายใน 40 – 60 นาที
• ไม่ควรทำงานในที่ร้อน เช่น กลางแดดจัด เพราะวัสดุจะแห้งเร็วเกินไปทำให้ทำงานไม่ทัน และ อาจเกิดรอยแตกร้าวเล็กๆ ได้
• ไม่เหมาะสำหรับนำไปฉาบหนาในครั้งเดียว
• ห้ามใช้ฉาบในบริเวณที่ต้องแช่น้ำตลอดเวลา
• ไม่เหมาะกับรอยแตกร้าวที่ยังไม่หยุด คือรอยร้าวกว้างขึ้น และยาวขึ้นเรื่อยๆ หรือรอยต่อ โครงสร้างที่มีการเคลื่อนตัว
• ไม่สามารถฉาบปูน หรือติดกระเบื้องด้วยกาวติดกระเบื้องบนผิวของ ทีโอเอ 110 สกิม โค้ท สมูท ได้ ถ้าต้องการใช้ ให้ลอกผิว ทีโอเอ 110 สกิม โค้ท สมูทออกก่อน
• ใช้เพื่องานแต่งผิวผนังหรือฝ้าเท่านั้น ไม่เหมาะกับงานพื้น
• ควรสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน เช่น ถุงมือ , หน้ากากกันฝุ่น , แว่นตา กรณีเข้าตาให้รีบล่างด้วยน้ำ สะอาดหลายๆ ครั้ง และรีบปรึกษาแพทย์
• ล่างเครื่องมือด้วยน้ำหลังการใช้งาน ก่อนที่วัสดุจะแห้ง

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • ควรเก็บไว้ในที่แห้ง ไม่มีความชื้น และอุณหภูมิที่ไม่สูงจนเกินไป เพราะอาจทำให้ ผลิตภัณฑ์เสื่อม
• อายุของผลิตภัณฑ์ : ผลิตภัณฑ์มีอายุ 1 ปี นับจากวันผลิต ในภาชนะที่ยังไม่เปิดและเก็บในที่แห้ง

TOA 110 Skim Coat Smooth is used for plastering on the range of 0.3-2 mm. and applied for decorative plastering on concrete, edge, crack and hole. Surface become smoother.

Application

Suitable for surface of concrete structure, precast,

common plastering on wall, ceiling and pole.

FEATURES
TOA 110 Skim Coat Smooth is a cement based modified polymer for thin plastering application with thickness varying from 0.3 – 2 mm. It is used to cover pinholes, correct unevenness and minor imperfections in concretes. When applied properly will obtain a high bonding, non-cracking and a smooth surfaces.

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Surface Preparation
New Surface

• Leave the surface to dry for at least 2 weeks.
• Clean the surface from dust, oil, paint and other contaminants.

Old Surface

• Remove old paint and leave to dry, apply TOA Contact Primer to reinforce the substrate.
• Overplus and seams must be struck off.
• Remove any free surface water and repair cracks before application.
• Pre-wet the substrate prior to apply for better adhesion and proper curing.

Application

• Blend 20 kgs.(1 bag) of TOA 110 Skim Coat Smooth into 8.5 - 9.5 litre of water using a paddle mixer with a low speed until a smooth workable consistency is achieved.
• Plaster with TOA 110 Skim Coat Smooth and leave to dry for 1-2 hours prior to apply into another coat.
• Sand the surface with sandpaper for more smoothness.
• Leave for curing 3-7 days before apply the paint in accordance with correct painting procedure.

 Recommendation 

• - The surface must be throughly wetted down prior to apply.
• - Do not use TOA 110 Skim Coat Smooth during strong sunshine or on hot substrate to prevent cracks.
• - Do not use this product while raining.
• - The crack must be sealed before the primary coat.
• - Do not apply one time for high thickness, TOA 110 Skim Coat Smooth must be applied for several layers.
• - Wash all tools immediately after use with water.

HANDING AND STORAGE

• Storage
  • Keep all containers well closed.
  • Keep in a dry cool place.
