• พื้นผิวที่จะทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล จะต้องล้างทำความสะอาดปราศจากฝุ่นผง เชื้อรา ตะไคร่น้ำ สี และเศษสิ่งสกปรกต่างๆ แล้วทิ้งให้แห้ง
• บริเวณที่เกิดเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ควรขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อรา ทีโอเอ 113 ไมโครคิล ให้สะอาด ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง แล้วทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล
• บริเวณผิวที่มีสีเก่าหรือที่มีวัสดุกันซึมเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ ควรขัดแซะออกให้หมดแล้วล้างด้วยน้ำ สะอาดอีกครั้งแล้วทิ้งให้แห้ง 24 ชั่วโมง
• บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าวให้ซ่อมรอยแตกร้าวด้วยทีโอเอ โพลียูริเทน ซีลแลนท์ แล้วทิ้งให้แห้งสนิท แล้วทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล
• แต่ถ้าหากพื้นผิวมีปัญหาหลุดล่อนให้ซ่อมด้วยปูนซีเมนต์สำหรับฉาบซ่อมโดยเฉพาะหรือซ่อม ด้วยปูนทรายผสมกับทีโอเอ 112 ซุปเปอร์บอนด์ก่อน แล้วทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล
• กรณีพื้นผิวเหล็กหรือโลหะ หากมีสนิมให้ขัดสนิมออกก่อน

• เปิดฝาภาชนะที่บรรจุ กวนทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล ให้เข้ากันดีก่อนนำมาใช้งาน
• ใช้ทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล ผสมกับน้ำในอัตราส่วน 3:1 ทาเป็นชั้นรองพื้นจำนวน 1 เที่ยวแล้วทิ้งให้ แห้งเป็นเวลา 2 – 4 ชั่วโมง ในกรณีที่เป็นพื้นผิวเหล็กหรือโลหะ ให้ทารองพื้นกันสนิม ทีโอเอ รัสท์เทค / ทีโอเอ รูฟซีล ซันบล็อก จำนวน 1 เที่ยว เพื่อเสริมการยึดเกาะ แล้วทิ้งให้ 8 ชั่วโมง
• หลังจากที่ชั้นรองพื้นแห้งแล้วให้ทาทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีล โดยไม่ต้องผสมน้ำ ด้วยแปรงหรือลูกกลิ้ง ในชั้นที่ 1 แล้วทิ้งไว้ให้แห้ง 2 – 4 ชั่วโมง
• ทาทีโอเอ 201 รูฟซีลในชั้นที่ 2 ทับอีกครั้ง

How to professionally solve leaking problems of house and roof with TOA 201 Roofseal by TOA

FEATURES
Toa 201 Roofseal is an acrylic copolymer for waterproofing membrane and high flexibility with 5 times elongation, 100% proof seamless waterproof layer, used for surface coating to prevent leakage and good solve cracks on concrete caused by rapid change of temperature, UV resistance, harsh weather tolerance and abrasion resistance from traffic.

APPLICATION SYSTEM

• Surface Preparation:
  • The surface must be clean from dust, cement laitance and oil grease.
  • In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with TOA 113 Microkill then leave it dry before coating with TOA 201 Roofseal.
  • Deformed paint or coating must be thoroughly cleaned before application.
  • Fill all cracks wide with TOA Polyurethane Sealant then leave it dry before coating with TOA 201 Roofseal.
  • Repair big cracks on surfaces with TOA 112 Super Bond prior to coating.
  • Polish the rust on metal surfaces prior to coating.

Application

• Stir well before use, especially tinted.
• Mix TOA 201 Roofseal with clean water in the ratio of 3:1 and apply as the primary coat, leave it to dry for 2 – 4 hours approximately.
• Apply a first coat of TOA 201 Roofseal (no adding water) then leave it dry for 2-4 hours approximately.
• Apply a second coat (no adding water) then leave it dry for 24 hours approximately.

Recommendation

• The cracks must be sealed before the primary coat. Reinforce with TOA Fiber mesh while wet before coating with TOA 201 Roofseal 2 – 3 coats.
• TOA 201 Roofseal should not be applied to new concrete less than 28 days old and other cementitious surfaces less than 7 days old.
• Do not use TOA 201 Roofseal while raining.
• TOA 201 Roofseal uses for waterproofing for all horizontal ( roof deck ) or vertical masonry surfaces not suitable for long term water ponding
• TOA 201 Roofseal gets fully resistance properties after 7 days.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
