คุณสมบัติ

• ข้อแนะนำการปฏิบัติงาน
  • ใช้ผสมกับสีพ่นอุตสาหกรรม, แล็กเกอร์, แซนดิ้ง ซีลเลอร์ และ สีพ่นรองพื้นเทา
  • อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
  • อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • จัดเก็บสินค้าในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ปิดฝาให้สนิท ให้แน่นตลอดเวลา ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อนและไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง
    
• อายุผลิตภัณฑ์ : 5 ปี (นับจากวันที่ผลิต)

TOA Lacquer Thinner No.71
Toa Lacquer Thinner No.71 is formulated from mixed organic solvents. It is suitable for thinning Industrial Lacquer, Primer Surfacer, Nitro-Cellulose Lacquer, Lacquer Sanding Sealer and Automotive Lacquer Grade NC. It enhances adhesion. Paint film is smooth and high gloss.

FEATURES

• Toa Lacquer Thinner No.71 is mixed organic solvents that suitable for TOA Industrial Lacquer, Nitrocellulose Lacquer and Acrylic Lacquer. It provides excellent adhesion, good levelling, good flow that promotes a high gloss and smooth film.

APPLICATION SYSTEM

• Recommendation
  • Mix with Industrial Lacquer, Lacquer, Sanding Sealer and Primer Surfacer Grey
  • The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.
  • Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life
  • 5 years (from manufacturing date)
