• เนื้อสีมาก ผสมทินเนอร์ใช้งานได้พื้นที่มากกว่า
• ปราศจากโลหะหนักอันตราย เช่น ตะกั่วและปรอท

คุณสมบัติ

• 1. ควรขัดสีเก่าที่เสื่อมสภาพหรือวัสดุต่างๆบนพื้นผิวเดิมออกก่อน
• 2. เช็ดทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวต้องปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก, คราบน้ำมัน, คราบเกลือ, สีเก่าและสารปนเปื้อนอื่นๆ

• 1. ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดแห้ง ทีโอเอ ดีเอสซี #240 – 320 ขัดแต่งพื้นผิวจนเรียบสวย
• 2. อุดโป้วรอยแตก ตำหนิบนไม้และหัวตะปู ให้เรียบร้อย
• 3. ขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายอีกครั้ง จนได้พื้นผิวที่เรียบเนียน
• 4. เช็ดทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวต้องปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก, คราบน้ำมัน, คราบเกลือและสารปนเปื้อนอื่นๆ

• ทาหรือพ่นรองพื้นด้วย ทีโอเอ สีพ่นรองพื้นชนิดแห้งเร็ว # 0GRY อย่างน้อย 2 เที่ยว (ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 20 นาทีก่อนทา หรือ พ่นทับเที่ยวต่อไป)

• ทาหรือพ่นด้วย สีพ่นอุตสาหกรรม ทีโอเอ อย่างน้อย 2 เที่ยว
• ก่อนทาหรือพ่นทับหน้าเที่ยวต่อไป ให้ขัดแต่งพื้นผิวด้วยกระดาษทราย ทีโอเอ ดีเอสซี #320 – 400
• เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดเกาะและได้พื้นผิวชิ้นงานที่เรียบ

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • จัดเก็บสินค้าในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ปิดฝาให้สนิท
  • ให้แน่นตลอดเวลา ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อนและไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง
• อายุผลิตภัณฑ์ : 2 ปี (นับจากวันที่ผลิต)

TOA Industrial Lacquer

Toa Industrial Lacquer is formulated from premium Nitro-Cellulose and special additives. These enhance paint saturation and concentration. Paint film is not easily faded and has excellent coverage and adhesion for long lifetime (Able to easily mix with color pigments)

Usage Area

Suitable for wood furniture made from real wood, plywood and MDF board such as
cabinet, table and chair. Also, it can be applied on metal, plastic and decorative car parts.

 

FEATURES

TOA Industrial Lacquer are based on high quality Nitrocellulose Resin and Special Pigments. Properties of the products are fast dry, excellent hiding power and good adhesion on solid wood, MDF, metals and etc.
TOA Industrial Lacquer is recommended for interior decoration that suitable for ply wood, MDF, solid wood and interior wood furniture.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation
Old surface

• 1. Chalky surfaces or loose material must be removed by stiff brush.
  
• 2. The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt,wax,salt,old paint and other contaminants.

New surface

• 1. Use TOA abrasive paper no. 240 - 320 to sand the wood surface until smooth.
  
• 2. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler.
  
• 3. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained.
  
• 4. The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt and other contaminants

 Coating system 
Primer

• Apply by brush or spray with TOA Lacquer Primer Surfacer # 0GRY at least 2 coats. (Recoatable time is at least 20 minutes)
  

Topcoat

• Apply by brush or spray with TOA Industrial Lacquer at least 2 coats. Before topcoat any layer, TOA abrasive paper no. 320 – 400 are recommended to sand the surface

 Recommendation 

The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage condition

• The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.
  
• Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.
  Containers must be kept tightly closed.

Shelf life : 2 years (from manufacturing date)
