คุณสมบัติ

• สีทีโอเอ วู้ด ไพรเมอร์ #T-2000 เป็นสีรองพื้นไม้สูตรน้ำมัน ผลิตจากไวนิล เรซิ่นคุณภาพดี มีคุณสมบัติ แห้งไว ขัดง่าย สามารถซึมลึกเข้าสู่เนื้อไม้ ช่วยให้ไม้ยึดเกาะกับสีทับหน้าได้ดี สามารถทาทับได้ด้วย สีไนโตรเซลลูโลสแล็กเกอร์ รวมถึงโพลียูรีเทนทั้งแบบ 1 ส่วน และ 2 ส่วน
• ใช้เป็นสีรองพื้นไม้สำหรับงาน ไม้อัดมีลาย ไม้จริง พื้นไม้ภายใน พื้นไม้ปาร์เก้ รวมถึงเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ภายในทุกชนิด

• พื้นผิวเก่า
  • พื้นผิวที่จะใช้งานต้องสะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น, คราบไข, คราบน้ำมัน, แวกซ์, คราบเกลือ, สีเก่า และสิ่งปนเปื้อนต่างๆ
• พื้นผิวใหม่
  • 1. ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดแห้ง สีทีโอเอ ดีเอสซี #240 – 320 ขัดแต่งพื้นผิวจนเรียบสวย
  • 2. อุดโป้วรอยแตก ตำหนิบนไม้และหัวตะปู ให้เรียบร้อย
  • 3. ขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายอีกครั้ง จนได้พื้นผิวที่เรียบเนียน
  • 4. เช็ดทำความสะอาดพื้นผิว

• 1. ทารองพื้นด้วย ทีโอเอ น้ำยารักษาเนื้อไม้ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
  • (ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 30 นาที ก่อนทาทับเที่ยวต่อไป)
• 2. ทารองพื้นด้วย ทีโอเอ วูดไพรเมอร์ #T-2000 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
  • (ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง ก่อนทาทับเที่ยวต่อไป)

• ทาทับได้ด้วย สีทีโอเอ ไนโตรเซลลูโลสแล็กเกอร์ หรือ ทีโอเอ โพลียูรีเทนทั้งแบบ 1 ส่วน และ 2 ส่วน

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

Toa Wood Primer T-2000 is solvent-based primer, formulated from high quality vinyl resin. It is fast-drying, easy to wash and high absorption into wood, top coat and Nitro-Cellulose lacquer as well as Polyurethane (1K & 2K).

Toa Wood Primer #T-2000 is based on Vinyl Resin. Properties of this product are fast dry, easy to sand, excellent penetration that provide good intercoat adhesion between wood surface and topcoat, can be topcoat with Nitrocellulose Lacquer, Polyurethane 1K and 2K Recommend for plywood, solid wood, interior wood floor, parquet and interior wood furniture

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• Old surface
  • The surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt, old paint and other contaminants.

• New surface
  • 1. Use TOA abrasive paper no. 240 – 320 to sand the wood surface until smooth.
  • 2. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler.
  • 3. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained.
  • 4. Clean the surface until no dust remain.

Coating system

• Primer
  • 1. Apply by brush with Toa Wood Preservative 1 coat. (Recoatable time is at least 30 minutes)
  • 2. Apply by brush with Toa Wood Primer #T-2000 1 coat. (Recoatable time is at least 1 hour)
• Topcoat
  • Can be topcoat with TOA Nitrocellulose Lacquer or Toa Polyurethane 1K and 2K

Recommendation
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3  ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.
  • Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life : 2 years.
