คุณสมบัติ

• พื้นผิวใหม่ : พื้นผิวโลหะต้องแห้งและสะอาดปราศจากฝุ่น ผง สนิม และคราบไข

• พื้นผิวเก่า ( พื้นผิวเหล็ก ) : ขัดฟิล์มสีที่หลุดล่อนออกให้หมด และ ทำความสะอาดให้ปราศจากฝุ่น ผง สนิม และคราบไข

• งานเหล็ก : ทาสีรองพื้นแดงกันสนิมตราปลาฉลาม จำนวน 1 - 2 เที่ยว (40 ไมครอน ต่อ 1 เที่ยว) 

• งานเหล็กผสม
  • ทารองพื้นด้วยทีโอเอ วอชไพรเมอร์ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว (10 ไมครอน ต่อ 1 เที่ยว)
  • ทาสีรองพื้นแดงกันสนิมตราปลาฉลาม จำนวน 1-2 เที่ยว (40 ไมครอน ต่อ 1 เที่ยว) 

• ทาทับหน้าด้วย สีเคลือบเงาตราปลาฉลาม 2 เที่ยว (25 ไมครอน ต่อ 1 เที่ยว) 

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

SHARK Red Oxide Primer

Toa Shark Red Oxide Primer is based on red oxide as anti-corrosive pigment and a special alkyd as vehicle agent. It is characterized with quick drying, good flow and strong adhesion for metal substrate. It is a general purpose economical primer for general construction steel such as fabricated steel, gates and grills for the window etc.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• New surface ( Steel ) : Steel substrate must be prepared , free from rust , millscale,dirt , loose particles , and waxy contaminate.

• Old surface (Steel ) : Polishing the paint film peeling out and clean the dust , rust and grease-free

Coating system

• Primer Steel : Shark Red Oxide Primer 1-2 coat . (40 µ per coat)

• Primer Alloy
  • Toa Wash Primer 1 coat for galvanized steel and aluminium alloy surface (10 µ per coat)

• • Toa Shark Red Oxide Primer 1-2 coat. (40 µ per coat) 
• Topcoat : Toa Shark Enamel gloss 2 coat (25 µ per coat) 

Recommendation : The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying. 

HANDLING AND STORAGE 

• Storage condition : The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. 
  Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.
  Containers must be kept tightly closed.
  
• Shelf life : 12 months at 30 ํC
