 วิธีการใช้ : 

• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • 1.1 กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม ถ้าเป็นไม้ใหม่ให้ขัดเพื่อขจัดเสี้ยนไม้ส่วนเกิน แล้วทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือ สิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.2 กรณีที่ฟิล์มสีอยู่ในสภาพดีและต้องการทาทับด้วยสีชนิดเดิม ให้ลูบผิวฟิล์มด้วยกระดาษทรายเบอร์ 320 แล้วทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือ สิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.3 ถ้าในกรณีที่ไม้มียาง ควรเช็ดทำความสะอาดยางไม้ด้วยทินเนอร์  M-77
  • 1.4 อุดโป๊วรูหรือหัวตะปู ด้วยเบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที  จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด
• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • 2.1 ทาด้วยรองพื้นไม้ เบเยอร์ วูดซีลเลอร์ B-2000 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่ต้องขัดแต่งหลังทารองพื้นแล้ว
• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • 3.1 ทาสีย้อมไม้ เบเยอร์ คัลเลอร์ชิลด์ จำนวน 2 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง ก่อนทาเที่ยวต่อไป โดยในการทาสามารถผสมน้ำสะอาด
  • 10–15 % ภายหลังทาเสร็จทิ้งไว้ให้แห้ง 1 วัน

• • - ถ้าเป็นไม้เนื้ออ่อน หลังการเตรียมพื้นผิวให้ทาด้วยน้ำยารักษาเนื้อไม้ เบเยอร์ B-6900 สำหรับรองพื้นกันเชื้อรา ปลวก มอด และแมลงกินไม้ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• 1.1 In case the wood has been painted before and the paint film peels off or it is an old wood that has never been painted before. To sand with sandpaper until the original wood. If it's new wood, sand it to remove excess wood burrs. then clean The surface is free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.2 In case the paint film is in good condition and wants to be painted over with the original color. To pat the film surface with sandpaper No. 320 and clean the surface to be free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.3 If in the case of rubber wood. The rubber should be wiped clean with thinner M - 77
• 1.4 Fill the hole or nail with Bayer wood filler and leave for 30 minutes, then sanded and cleaned with sandpaper.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• 2.1 Apply with 1 coat of Beger Wood Sealer B-2000, leave to dry for about 2 hours, without polishing after the primer has been applied.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• 3.1 Apply Beger Color Shield wood stain 2 coats and let it dry for about 2 hours before applying the next coat. By applying, can mix with clean water 10-15 % after applying and leave it to dry for 1 day.
