• อัตราการปกคลุมพื้นที่ : 50 ตารางเมตร/ แกลลอน/ เที่ยว
• ตัวทำละลาย : เจือจางด้วยน้ำสะอาด ควรผสมไม่เกิน 5-10%
• ขนาดบรรจุ : ¼ แกลลอน และ 1 แกลลอน (3.5 ลิตร)

• ไม่มีกลิ่นฉุน ปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้และผู้อยู่อาศัย ไม่เป็นพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
• แห้งไว กลับเข้าใช้พื้นที่ได้เร็วเพียง 1 วัน
• ฟิล์มสีโปร่งแสง โชว์ลายไม้งดงามและชัดเจน
• ทนทานต่อการเหยียบย่ำ ขัดถูทำความสะอาด
• เนื้อสีซึมลึก และมีความยืดหยุ่น ฟิล์มสีจึงไม่ลอก แตก หรือพอง
• ปกป้องจากรังสี UV และแสงแดด ด้วย UV Guard
• ไม้หายใจได้ ป้องกันน้ำ 100% ในขณะที่ไม้ยังคายความชื่นได้ และยังป้องกันแมลงทำลายไม้

 วิธีการใช้ : 

• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • 1.1 กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม ถ้าเป็นไม้ใหม่ให้ขัดเพื่อขจัดเสี้ยนไม้ส่วนเกิน แล้วทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.2 กรณีที่ฟิล์มสีย้อมพื้นไม้อยู่ในสภาพดี ให้ลูบผิวฟิล์มด้วยกระดาษทรายเบอร์ 320 แล้วทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.3 ถ้าในกรณีที่ไม้มียาง ควรเช็ดทำความสะอาดยางไม้ด้วยทินเนอร์ M-77
  • 1.4 อุดโป๊วรูหรือหัวตะปู ด้วยเบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที  จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด

• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • สามารถทาได้โดยไม่ต้องรองพื้น

• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • 3.1 คนสีให้เข้ากันทั้งก่อน และหมั่นคนระหว่างทา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพที่ดีที่สุด โดยควรใช้แปรงขนอ่อนในการทา
  • 3.3 ควรทาอย่างน้อย 2-3 เที่ยว เพื่อให้ฟิล์มสีมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และการทาแต่ละเที่ยว ควรทิ้งให้แห้ง อย่างน้อย 1-2 ชั่วโมง ก่อนทาเที่ยวถัดไป ควรขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายน้ำเบอร์ 280-320 ตามแนวยาวของไม้ จนปราศจากเสี้ยนไม้ที่ยกตัวขึ้นมา เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มการยึดเกาะหลังจากที่ทาเสร็จแล้วทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 24 ชั่วโมง ก่อนเข้าใช้งานพื้นที่
  • 3.4 ไม่ควรทากลางแจ้งหรือกลางแสงแดดจัด

• • ถ้าเป็นไม้เนื้ออ่อน หลังการเตรียมพื้นผิวให้ทาด้วยน้ำยารักษาเนื้อไม้ เบเยอร์ B-6900 สำหรับรองพื้นกันเชื้อรา ปลวก มอด และแมลงกินไม้ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• 1.1 In case the wood has been painted before and the paint film peels off or it is an old wood that has never been painted before. To sand with sandpaper until the original wood. If it's new wood, sand it to remove excess wood burrs. then clean  The surface is free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.2 In case the wood stain film is in good condition. To pat the film surface with sandpaper No. 320 and clean the surface to be free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.3 If in the case of rubber wood. The rubber should be wiped clean with thinner M - 77
• 1.4 Fill the hole or nail with Bayer wood filler and leave for 30 minutes, then sanded and cleaned with sandpaper.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• Can be applied without foundation

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• 3.1 Mix the colors together first. and keep people in between  to optimize the best  Should use a soft brush to apply.
• 3.3 Should apply at least 2-3 coats for the paint film to be most effective. and applying each trip  should let it dry for at least 1-2 hours before applying the next trip. Should be sanded with water sandpaper No. 280-320 along the length of the wood. until there is no splinter that is raised up  To help increase adhesion after applying, leave it for  24 hours before using the area.
• 3.4 Do not apply outdoors or in direct sunlight.
