 วิธีการใช้ : 

• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • 1.1 กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม ถ้าเป็นไม้ใหม่ให้ขัดเพื่อขจัดเสี้ยนไม้ส่วนเกิน แล้วทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.2 กรณีที่ไม้มียาง ควรเช็ดทำความสะอาดยางไม้ด้วย ทินเนอร์ M–77
• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • 2.1 ทารองพื้นกันยางไม้และอุดร่องเสี้ยนด้วย เบเยอร์ แซนดิ้งซีลเลอร์ สูตรน้ำ AP-500 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว และทิ้งให้แห้งประมาณ 1  ชั่วโมง
  • 2.2 อุดโป๊วแต่งรูหรือหัวตะปู ด้วย เบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด เพื่อให้การแต่งเฉดสีโป๊วมีความใกล้เคียงกับพื้นไม้ ควรโป๊วหลังการทารองพื้นเนื่องจากเมื่อทารองพื้น ธรรมชาติของไม้จะมีสีเข้มขึ้น
  • 2.3 ทาทับหน้าด้วย ผลิตภัณฑ์สูตรน้ำเบเยอร์ อะควาพียู หรือ เบเยอร์ อะควาแลค จำนวน 3-4 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง
  • ช่วยให้ประหยัดสีทับหน้า

Properties area of use : Suitable for all types of natural wood surfaces. Coverage : 35 – 45 sq m/gallon Solvent : Dilute with clean water. Should mix not more than 5-10%. Packing size: ¼ gallon and 1 gallon (3.5 liters). Properties: penetrates deep into the wood. It has high adhesion efficiency, quick drying and easy to polish, no pungent smell, safe for residents and the environment. With European standard EN 71, free from 8 hazardous heavy metals.

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• 1.1 In case the wood has been painted before and the paint film peels off or it is an old wood that has never been painted before. To sand with sandpaper until the original wood. If it's new wood, sand it to remove excess wood burrs. then clean The surface is free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.2 In case of rubber wood. Should be wiped clean with thinner M-77.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• 2.1 Apply a rubber protective primer and fill the splinter groove with Bayer Sanding Sealer, water-based formula, AP-500 for 1 coat and leave to dry for about 1 hour.
• 2.2 Fill the hole or nail head putty. With Bayer wood filler, leave it for 30 minutes, then polish it with sandpaper and clean it. To make the putty shade close to the wood floor. It should be putty after applying the foundation because when applying the foundation The nature of the wood will be darker.
• 2.3 Apply the topcoat as well. Beyer Aquapu or Beyer Aqualac water formula product 3-4 coats, leave to dry for 1-2 hours, helping to save the topcoat.
