ระบบการทาสี
- ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

- 1.1 กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม ถ้าเป็นไม้ใหม่ให้ขัดเพื่อขจัดเสี้ยนไม้ส่วนเกิน แล้วทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
- 1.2 กรณีที่ฟิล์มสีย้อมพื้นไม้อยู่ในสภาพดี ให้ลูบผิวฟิล์มด้วยกระดาษทรายเบอร์ 320 แล้วทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
- 1.3 ถ้าในกรณีที่ไม้มียาง ควรเช็ดทำความสะอาดยางไม้ด้วยทินเนอร์ M-77
- 1.4 อุดโป๊วรูหรือหัวตะปู ด้วยเบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด
- ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

- ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

- 3.1 คนสีให้ทั่วจนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันก่อนใช้งาน และ หมั่นคนระหว่างทา โดยคนจากด้านล่างของภาชนะขึ้นมาด้านบน
- 3.2 สามารถทาได้โดยไม่ต้องผสมทินเนอร์ แต่ถ้าในกรณีที่อากาศร้อนจัด ควรผสมด้วย เบเยอร์ ทินเนอร์ M-1199 ไม่เกิน 5–10%
- 3.3 จุ่มสีแล้วให้ปาดสีพอหมาดก่อนนำไปทา ไม่ควรทาด้วยแปรงที่ชุ่มสีมากเกินไป
- 3.4 ทาตามลายไม้และต้องทาไปกลับเพื่อให้เนื้อสีซึมเข้าเนื้อไม้ได้ดีขึ้น
- 3.5 สำหรับงานพื้นไม้ภายนอกควรทา 3 เที่ยว แต่ในกรณีที่เป็นพื้นไม้ภายในโดยปกติจะทาเพียง 2 เที่ยวเท่านั้น ซึ่งในแต่ละเที่ยวทิ้งให้แห้ง 8-10 ชั่วโมง และควรทาไม้ให้ครบทุกด้าน เพื่อการปกป้องที่ดีที่สุด
เคล็ดลับ

- กรณีที่เป็นไม้เนื้ออ่อน หลังการเตรียมพื้นผิวให้ทาด้วยน้ำยารักษาเนื้อไม้ เบเยอร์ B-6900 สำหรับรองพื้นกันเชื้อรา ปลวก มอด และแมลงกินไม้ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง เพื่อการป้องกันสูงสุดควรทาให้ครบทั้ง 6 ด้าน
- กรณีที่ต้องการความทนทานที่มากขึ้น หลังการทา B-6900 ให้ทารองพื้นด้วย สีย้อมไม้เบเยอร์ G-1900 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 8-10 ชั่วโมง
