• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • สำหรับพื้นผิวใหม่ พื้นผิวต้องแห้งสะอาด ปราศจากสิ่งปกเปื้อนอื่นๆ พื้นผิวที่ดีควรเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO 8504
  • สำหรับพื้นผิวที่มีการเคลือบสี ให้ฉีดน้ำด้วยแรงดันสูงที่ระดับ WJ3 (NACE No.5/SSPC-SP12) หรือขัดด้วยเครื่องมือกลให้ได้ความสะอาด หรือขัดด้วยเครื่องมือกลให้ได้ผิวหน้าคอนกรีตที่มีความหยาบก่อนการทำงานสี
  • สำหรับพื้นผิวคอนกรีต ขจัดผิวหน้าของคอนกรีตออกให้หมด  วิธีที่ดีที่สุดคือ การทำความสะอาดด้วย การ Shot Blast คือการใช้แรงลมดันลูกเหล็กทรงกลม ยิงลงที่ผิวคอนกรีต เพื่อเปิดผิวหน้าของคอนกรีตหน้าที่ไม่ดีออก พร้อมกับดูดสิ่งสกปรกออกไปพร้อมกัน หรือ  ล้างด้วยกรดเกลือ (ไฮโดรคลอลิก HCL) ความเข้มข้น 10% โดยผสมน้ำ 3 ส่วน ต่อกรด 1 ส่วน  โดยนำกรดเทใส่ลงในน้ำ  กวนเล็กน้อย แล้วเทลาดลงผิวหน้าของคอนกรีตที่พื้น ทิ้งไว้บนผิวหน้าคอนกรีตประมาณ 5-10 นาที   แล้วล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด 1-2 ครั้ง หรือฉีดพ่นด้วยน้ำแรงดันสูง (ประมาณ 150 บาร์) เพื่อกำจัดสิ่งสกปรกต่างๆ
• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

 Product use process 

 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• for new textures The surface must be clean and dry. Free from other contaminants A good surface should conform to the ISO 8504 standard.
• For painted surfaces Use high-pressure water jet of WJ3 (NACE No.5/SSPC-SP12) or abrasive with a machine tool to achieve cleanliness. Or polished with a machine tool to get a rough concrete surface before paint work. for concrete surface Remove the surface of the concrete completely. The best way is Cleaning with Shot Blasting is the use of air to push a round steel ball. shot down the concrete surface To open the surface of the concrete face that is not good. Along with sucking the dirt out at the same time or washing with saline (Hydrochloric HCL) at a concentration of 10% by mixing 3 parts water to 1 part acid by pouring the acid into the water, stirring a little, and pouring it onto the surface. of concrete on the floor Leave it on the concrete surface for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with clean water 1-2 times or spray with high-pressure water (about 150 bar) to remove dirt.

 Step 2 Foundation System 

• Apply with Beger Concrete Sealer Epoxy primer, 2-part system, type, mix ratio Part A: Part B = 4:1. Each overcoat should be left for at least 6 hours.

 Step 3 Topcoat System 

• Can be applied topcoat with all types of epoxy and polyurethane system paints such as Beyer Floraten, Beyer Floraguard or Beyer Duramel, etc.
