• สีเบเยอร์ชิลด์ มีส่วนผสมของสารเทฟล่อน จึงเช็ดล้างง่าย ทนต่อการขัดถูแม้คราบฝังลึก (Easy to Clean)
• ฟิล์มสีทนทานต่อมลภาวะ ทนทานต่อทุกสภาวะอากาศ ช่วยปกป้องพื้นผิวจากคราบสกปรกทั้งจากคราบน้ำและคราบน้ำมัน (Ultra Dirt Repellent) จึงไม่ก่อให้เกิดรอยคราบน้ำฝน
• ฟิล์มสีสามารถชะล้างคราบสกปรกได้ด้วยตัวเอง (Self-Cleaning)
• ป้องกันน้ำซึมเข้าผนัง ซึ่งเป็นต้นตอของปัญหาโครงสร้างผนังถูกกัดกร่อนและเป็นสนิม (Water Repellent)
• ช่วยลดไฟฟ้าสถิตบนผิวฟิล์มทำให้คราบสกปรกและเชื้อโรคไม่เกาะติด ( Prevent dust, Dirts and Bacteria)

 วิธีการใช้ : 

• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • พื้นผิวปูนใหม่ : ต้องแน่ใจว่าพื้นผิวแห้ง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่นผง และคราบสกปรก

• • พื้นผิวมีรอยแตก : ขจัดเศษอิฐ หิน รอบรอยแตก ขยายรอยแตกให้พอเหมาะ จากนั้นอุดรอยแตก ด้วยตัวอุดโป้วร่อง ทิ้งให้แห้ง ขัดให้เรียบด้วยกระดาษทราย และทำความสะอาด

• • พื้นผิวที่มีสีเดิมอยู่ : ขจัดสีเดิมที่หลุดลอก ด้วยเกรียงขูด หรือแปรงลวด ถ้าไม่แน่ใจสภาพของสีเดิม ให้ลอกออกด้วยเครื่องมือ หรือน้ำยาลอกสีเบเยอร์ จากนั้นทำความสะอาดให้ทั่วด้วยเครื่องฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูง และทิ้งให้แห้งสนิทก่อนทาสี

• • พื้นผิวที่เป็นเชื้อรา : ขจัดตะไคร่ เชื้อรา ออกด้วยเกรียงขูด หรือแปรงลวด และตามด้วยเครื่องฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูง จากนั้นทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวด้วย น้ำยากำจัดเชื้อรา เบเยอร์โมลด์ฟรี เอ็ม-001

• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น 

• • พื้นผิวปูนเก่า : สีรองพื้นปูนอเนกประสงค์ เบเยอร์ มัลติเพอเพิส ไพรเมอร์ บี-1900 (สำหรับปูนใหม่และปูนเก่า)  

• • พื้นผิวปูนใหม่ : ทาสีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่างเบเยอร์ชิลด์ เบอร์ 4000
• ขั้นที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า 

• • ทาสีทับหน้า ด้วย BegerShield Weather Guard จำนวน 2-3 เที่ยว
• สภาพแวดล้อมขณะใช้งาน

• • พื้นผิวคอนกรีตไม่ควรมีความชื้นเกิน 14% (โดยน้ำหนัก) ปูนใหม่ควรทิ้งระยะให้พื้นผิวปูนแห้งก่อนทาสีอย่างน้อย 28 วัน

  Smooth flowing paint without stains, really clean, making dust does not stick, stains will not stick, resistant to all weather conditions, lasting for 10 years.

Feature :
Topcoat (Water-based) Ultra Premium Grade Color Film Semi-Gloss/Smooth Matte/Semi-Gloss Matte, Application Area 33-38 sq.m./gallon/time Colors can be mixed from a Beger Color Design paint mixer. Features Reduces air bubbles that occur during application, resulting in a smoother paint film (More Beauty with Smoother Film). Contains a mixture of Teflon therefore easy to wipe Resistant to abrasion, even deep stains (Easy to Clean) Paint film is resistant to pollution. Resistant to all weather conditions Protects the surface from dirt, both from water and oil stains (Ultra Dirt Repellent), so it does not cause rain stains. The paint film can wash off the stains by itself. (Self-Cleaning) to prevent water from seeping into the wall. Which is the source of the problem of the wall structure being corroded and rusted (Water Repellent) helps reduce static electricity on the film surface causing dirt and germs to not stick (Prevent dust, Dirts and Bacteria)

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  New mortar surface :

• Make sure the surface is dry, clean, free from dust and dirt. Cracked surface: Remove bricks, stones around cracks, expand cracks appropriately. then fill the cracks With the groove sealer, let it dry, sand it smooth with sandpaper. and clean

  Surface where the original color is located :

• Remove the original color that has peeled off. With a trowel or wire brush if unsure of the original paint condition. Peel it off with a tool. or Beyer paint remover Then thoroughly clean it with a high-pressure cleaner. and let it dry completely before painting.

  Fungal surfaces :

• Remove algae and mold with a trowel or wire brush, followed by a high-pressure cleaner. Then clean the surface as well. mold remover Beger Mold Free M-001

 Step 2 Primer painting 
  Old mortar surface :

• Beger Multi-Purpose mortar primer B-1900 primer (for new and old mortar)

  New mortar surface :

• Beger Shield No. 4000

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• Apply 2-3 coats of BegerShield Weather Guard over the face. The concrete surface should not be subject to excess moisture. 14% (by weight) new mortar should leave a period for the cement surface to dry at least 28 days before painting.
