Step 1 Surface Preparation

- Fill with Bayer Acrylic Filler No. 200 for cracked areas less than 0.3 mm wide or use Bayer Acrylic Sealan. Repair for areas with cracks greater than 0.3 mm and should be polished and smoothed before painting.
New cement tile surface :
- Elastomeric primer Increase adhesion for 1-2 coats of Beger Cool Roof No. 8000 concrete tiles.
- Elastomeric primer Increase adhesion for steel work Beger Cool Roof No. 7000 amount 1-2 times
- paint a multi-purpose old cement primer. Beger Multi-Purple Primer B-1900 1 coat, let dry at least 6-8 hours before applying topcoat.
- 100% acrylic water-based paint, Beger Cool Roof paint 2-3 coats
