• ตัวทำละลาย : ทินเนอร์ M-77

• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • 1.1 กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม ถ้าเป็นไม้ใหม่ให้ขัดเพื่อขจัดเสี้ยนไม้ส่วนเกิน แล้วทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
  • 1.2 พื้นผิวที่มีเชื้อรา ต้องขจัดเชื้อราออกให้หมด โดยใช้น้ำยาฟอกขาว แล้วล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด ทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท
  • 1.3 กรณีที่ไม้มียาง ควรเช็ดทำความสะอาดยางไม้ด้วย ทินเนอร์ M–77

• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • 2.1 ถ้าเป็นไม้เนื้ออ่อน หลังการเตรียมพื้นผิวให้ทาด้วยน้ำยารักษาเนื้อไม้ เบเยอร์ B-6900 สำหรับรองพื้นกันเชื้อรา ปลวก มอด และแมลงกินไม้ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง
  • 2.2 ควรคน เบเยอร์ วูดซีลเลอร์  B-2000  ให้ทั่วทั้งก่อนและระหว่างการทาโดยไม่ต้องผสมทินเนอร์
  • 2.3 ทาด้วยน้ำยารองพื้นกันยางไม้ เบเยอร์ วูดซีลเลอร์ B-2000  จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งประมาณ 1- 2 ชม. โดยไม่ต้องขัดหรือลูบด้วยกระดาษทราย
  • 2.4 ควรคน เบเยอร์ วูดซีลเลอร์  B-2400  ให้ทั่วทั้งก่อนและระหว่างการทาโดยไม่ต้องผสมทินเนอร์
  • 2.5 ทารองพื้นอุดร่องเสี้ยน  เบเยอร์ แซนดิ้ง ซีลเลอร์ บี-2400 จำนวน 2 เที่ยว (ทิ้งระยะประมาณ 1-2 ชั่วโมงก่อนทาเที่ยวถัดไป)
  • 2.6 หลังจาก เบเยอร์ แซนดิ้ง ซีลเลอร์ บี-2400 แห้งตัวแล้ว ขัดหรือลูบตกแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายเฉพาะบริเวณที่ไม่สม่ำเสมอเท่านั้น
  • 2.7 อุดโป๊วแต่งรูหรือหัวตะปู ด้วย เบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด โดยเลือกเฉดสีให้มีความใกล้เคียงกับไม้
  • 2.8 ทาด้วย ผลิตภัณฑ์สีงานไม้เบเยอร์ ตามที่ต้องการ

 Product use process 

 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• 1.1 In case the wood has been painted before and the paint film peels off or it is an old wood that has never been painted before. To sand with sandpaper until the original wood. If it's new wood, sand it to remove excess wood burrs. then clean The surface is free from grease, dust, oil or foreign matter.
• 1.2 Fungal surface. The fungus must be removed completely. using bleach Then rinse with clean water. Leave to dry. 1.3 If the wood has rubber. Should be wiped clean with thinner M-77.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• 2.1 If soft wood After surface preparation, apply Beger Wood Preservative B-6900 for fungicidal, termite, moth and wood-eating primer 1 coat, leave to dry for 1-2 hours.
• 2.2 Stir Beyer Woodsealer B- 2000 Apply thoroughly before and during application without thinner.
  
• 2.3 Apply one coat of Beyer Wood Sealer B-2000 Primer, leave to dry for 1-2 hours without Sanding or rubbed with sandpaper
• 2.4 should be stirred Beyer Wood Sealer B-2400 thoroughly before and during application without thinner
• 2.5 Apply Beyer Sanding Sealer splinter primer. 2 coats of B-2400 (leave approximately 1-2 hours before applying the next coat)
• 2.6 After Bayer Sanding Sealer B-2400 has cured, sand or decorate with sandpaper only on uneven areas.
• 2. 7 Fill holes or nail heads with Bayer wood filler and leave for 30 minutes, then sanded and cleaned. By choosing a shade that is close to the wood.
• 2.8 Paint with Beger wood paint products. as required
